This GP practice is not offering 1st dose COVID vaccines for healthy under 50s. Book a 1st dose once you’re eligible at: or call 119. New slots are added frequently so check back if you can’t initially see a convenient time/place. If we are due to give your 2nd dose, we will be in touch in the 11th week.

If your nearest site is not available please do not ring us as we unable to book this for you, but try booking later when more appointments are released or be prepared to travel a bit further afield. These site are not GP led and we do not have any information about appointment availability.

If you have a new continuous cough and/or fever greater than 37.8 degrees centigrade and/or loss, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell please follow latest guidance, which includes booking a coronavirus test

We continue to provide services, both telephone and face to face. National guidance stipulates we complete a Covid-19 risk assessment for every patient who needs to be seen face to face.  This is why we are continue to offer telephone calls in some instances but we have been, and continue to see patients face to face based on clinical need.

If you are asked to attend the surgery for a face to face appointment you will be required to wear a face covering.

We provided over 2000 appointments last month, plus Extended Access appointments (M-F 6.30pm - 8pm, Sat/Sun 9-12), We offer appointments with a multi-skilled team of Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Pharmacists as well as Doctors.

Our phones are busy so it may be quicker to complete an e-consult by clicking on the 'get started' box above. You do not have to be registered for online access to do this and we are checking complete online returns continually throughout the day. You can attach photos where necessary, which is a really helpful way of communicating with us. You can also provide other information such as blood pressure reading.

We can also offer you telephone appointments at the extended hub, evenings and weekends, subject to availability, so that you can be dealt with sooner.

Alternatively, visit the local pharmacy for clinical advice on minor health concerns. For urgent issues or out of hours, you can also call the NHS on 111 or go online to seek NHS advice

Consult online

We recommend you nominate a pharmacy to keep your journeys to a minimum. This way you can collect your medication from the pharmacy without having to collect a paper script first. You can choose any pharmacy you wish, and can change your pharmacy via the NHS app, eConsult or by speaking to the pharmacy you wish to choose.

We process over 1500 prescription requests every week, and to do this safely we require at least 72 hours notice.

We really appreciate your co-operation - please stay safe
